Carlo Toic is presenting to Greek developers and IPPs the benefits of separating land assets from energy producing assets.

Investors in renewable energy projects now have a new tool in their toolbox : they can outsource the acquisition of land to SOL-R so as to devote their equity commitment solely to assets which offer operating leverage and which can be depreciated over time (as opposed to land).
